AndWithYou uses AI to organize information and suggest next steps. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete, and it is never a substitute for a qualified professional or an official source.

1. What the AI does

AndWithYou uses artificial intelligence to organize information, summarize documents, suggest questions, identify possible next steps, and help users navigate complex processes. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

2. What we do not verify

AndWithYou does not independently verify every AI response, document summary, provider record, deadline, price, legal requirement, benefit, or recommendation.

3. Always confirm what matters

Always review original documents and confirm important decisions with the relevant government agency, licensed funeral professional, attorney, physician, tax professional, financial professional, insurer, or other qualified expert.

4. Do not rely on AndWithYou for

Do not rely on AndWithYou for emergencies, diagnoses, legal conclusions, filing deadlines, benefit eligibility, final prices, or binding instructions.

5. Labelling and reporting

AI-generated content is labelled where it appears in the product. If a response is inaccurate or harmful, use the report control shown with the response, or email support@andwithyou.com. We review reports and correct what we can.
