Provider and Referral Disclosure

1. Provider independence

Providers displayed on AndWithYou are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of AndWithYou.

2. Where listing information comes from

Listings may include information supplied by providers, users, public records, licensing authorities, and other permitted sources. Users should independently verify licensing, availability, services, prices, and contract terms.

3. Compensation

AndWithYou does not currently accept payment in exchange for recommending one provider over another. If this changes, compensated placements or referrals will be clearly disclosed.

4. Labelling of paid placement

Any paid placement shows “Sponsored” directly on the card. Paid ranking is never presented as a personal recommendation.
