We have not yet completed a formal determination of whether the CCPA's statutory thresholds apply to AndWithYou. Regardless of that determination, we will honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests, subject to verifying who you are and to the exceptions the law allows.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, eligible users may opt out through Cookie Preferences or a Do Not Sell or Share request.
Where technically applicable, we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser as an opt-out of optional and advertising technologies.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, sensitivity, user instructions, legal requirements, and operational need.
When information is deleted from active systems, it may remain for a period in encrypted backups and in records we are legally required to keep.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security or claim certifications we do not hold.
