Is the family plan free?
Yes. The core family plan, your next steps, the people helping, your records and decisions, is free.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can start and see your first steps without entering payment details.
Will AndWithYou charge me for a funeral home, cemetery or attorney?
No. Those professionals set and quote their own fees directly to you. AndWithYou does not currently process those payments.
What do professionals pay for?
An AndWithYou Professional plan is $99 a month, or $990 a year. It opens the provider workspace, structured family handoffs and a verified directory listing.
What is included for organizations?
An AndWithYou Organization plan is $499 a month, or $4,990 a year. It covers the organization workspace, sponsored family access and reporting for your team.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is switched off early, and you can restart at any time.
How are professionals shown or recommended?
Fit and context come first, what you have told us about your situation. If paid placement is ever introduced, it will be labelled separately rather than blended into a recommendation.
How does AndWithYou make money?
The core family plan is free. Professionals and organizations pay for software that removes repeated work. We do not sell family information.
