Subscription Terms

1. What you are authorizing

Before checkout we show you, next to the purchase button, the plan name, the price, the billing interval, the fact that the subscription renews automatically until canceled, and where to cancel.

You must tick a separate, unchecked box confirming that you agree to these Subscription Terms, authorize the recurring charge, and understand how to cancel. That consent is never bundled with marketing consent.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew at the same interval and price until canceled. Taxes may apply in addition to the displayed price.

3. Your record of the purchase

After purchase we send a confirmation you can keep, containing the price, the renewal frequency, cancellation instructions, the effective date, and links to these Subscription Terms and to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Price changes

If a price changes, we will give advance notice and the new price will apply no earlier than the next permitted renewal. You can cancel before then and avoid the new price.

5. Trials

No free trial is currently offered. If one is introduced, the exact trial duration, the conversion date, the amount charged after the trial, and the cancellation deadline will be displayed before you sign up.

6. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. AndWithYou does not directly store complete payment-card information.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time through Settings, Billing, Manage subscription, Cancel subscription. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for what happens next.
